Nearly there socks are designed for knitters to make their life easier. These tubes will save you a few days of boring work.

You need to add an afterthought heel and finish your socks to the size you need. You can fully hand-knit the cuffs, but you can also just drop every second stitch (one at the time) and then pick it up again with crochet hook to create a purl stitch between knitted stitches.
